Financial support at the International eLearning Institute for New Music (ILINM) exists to make high-quality contemporary music education accessible to emerging artists, performers, technologists, and composers worldwide.
ILINM offers a limited number of scholarships, grants, and awards each academic year. These support students based on artistic merit, need, and commitment to the field of new music.

How to Apply for a Scholarship
Step 1 — Apply to Your Course
Complete the course application for the semester program, short course, or workshop.
Step 2 — Submit a Scholarship Request
Upload the required documents (short statement + work samples, if applicable) in the ILINM Application System.
Step 3 — Track Deadlines
Scholarship deadlines may differ from course deadlines.
Applicants are responsible for submitting on time.
Step 4 — Receive Notification
Admission decisions can be made within 1 week after submission or up to 2 weeks after the scholarship deadline, depending on application review timelines.
Required Application Materials
Depending on the scholarship category, ILINM may request:
● A brief motivation statement (150–250 words);
● A CV or artistic résumé;
● Work samples (for composition/performance awards);
● Portfolio links (optional);
● A recommendation or support letter (if requested);
Not all scholarships require artistic materials; the ILINM Grant for short courses is simpler and accessible to all applicants.
