Position Overview:
Become the organizational heartbeat of ILINM. In this fully remote role, you will be the vital link between our international students and world-class faculty, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and enriching educational experience for our global community of composers and sound artists.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled students, providing timely and empathetic support for all logistical and administrative inquiries.
● Proactively manage and coordinate lesson, workshop, and consultation schedules between students and faculty across multiple time zones.
● Facilitate clear communication and information flow to ensure students and teachers are aligned on schedules, course materials, and deadlines.
● Monitor student participation and follow up to ensure a smooth learning journey, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
● Help maintain and organize our remote learning platforms and student records with a high degree of accuracy.
Who We Are Looking For:
● A brilliant communicator and natural “connector” who thrives in a fully remote, international environment.
● An exceptionally organized and proactive problem-solver, capable of managing complex schedules with ease.
● Someone with great empathy and interpersonal skills, genuinely passionate about supporting artists and their creative processes.
● A reliable and resourceful team member who is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
● Prior experience in student support, community management, or remote coordination is highly valued.
