International eLearning Institute for New Music (ILINM) Officially Launches
Bern, Switzerland — 9 December 2025 — The International eLearning Institute for New Music (ILINM) is pleased to announce its official launch. Initiated and developed through the vision of composer Mehdi Hosseini, ILINM offers a dedicated online environment for studying contemporary music, composition, performance, and new technologies.
ILINM provides opportunities for young composers, performers, and researchers to deepen their artistic development through live online study with international faculty. The Institute supports students in expanding their craft, exploring new artistic directions, and engaging in a global community of creative exchange.
ILINM aims to provide accessible, high-quality learning opportunities to emerging artists and musicians worldwide. Conceived as an eLearning center for new music, the Institute offers semester courses, short programs, one-day workshops, individual mentorships, and scholarships supporting diverse forms of artistic development.
ILINM brings together an international faculty and a broad network of collaborators, fostering a learning environment where creativity, research, and global cultural exchange can grow side by side.
“ILINM was founded with the intention of creating a meaningful and supportive space for new music education,” says founder Mehdi Hosseini. “It is our hope that students and artists from all backgrounds can enrich their skills, share knowledge, and engage in new artistic perspectives.”
In addition to its educational activities, ILINM welcomes collaborations with ensembles, performers, institutions, and specialists across fields related to composition and sound. Internationales eLearning Institut für Neue Musik (ILINM) nimmt offiziellen Betrieb auf
Bern, Schweiz — 9. Dezember 2025 — Das International eLearning Institute for New Music (ILINM) freut sich, seine offizielle Eröffnung bekanntzugeben. Initiiert und entwickelt durch die Vision des Komponisten Mehdi Hosseini, bietet ILINM eine spezialisierte Online-Umgebung für das Studium von Neuer Musik, Komposition, Performance und neuen Technologien.
ILINM ermöglicht jungen Komponistinnen und Komponisten, Interpretinnen und Interpreten sowie Forschenden, ihre künstlerische Entwicklung durch Live-Online-Unterricht mit internationalem Lehrerkollegium zu vertiefen. Das Institut unterstützt Studierende dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten zu erweitern, neue künstlerische Richtungen zu erkunden und sich in einer globalen Gemeinschaft kreativ auszutauschen.
Ziel von ILINM ist es, aufstrebenden Künstlerinnen, Künstlern und Musikerinnen und Musikern weltweit zugängliche und qualitativ hochwertige Lernmöglichkeiten zu bieten. Als eLearning-Zentrum für Neue Musik konzipiert, bietet das Institut Semesterkurse, Kurzprogramme, eintägige Workshops, individuelle Mentorships sowie Stipendien zur Förderung vielfältiger künstlerischer Entwicklungen.
ILINM vereint einen internationalen Lehrkörper und ein breites Netzwerk an Partnerinstitutionen und Fachpersonen und schafft somit ein Lernumfeld, in dem Kreativität, Forschung und globaler kultureller Austausch gleichermaßen wachsen können.

Neben seinen Bildungsangeboten lädt ILINM Ensembles, Interpretinnen und Interpreten, Institutionen sowie Fachpersonen aus den Bereichen Komposition, Klang und Technologie zur Zusammenarbeit ein. Durch solche Partnerschaften fördert das Institut neue künstlerische Projekte, Forschungsinitiativen und Möglichkeiten für junge Musikerinnen und Musiker.
Bewerbungen für kommende Programme des ILINM sind nun möglich und stehen Teilnehmenden aus allen Ländern offen.
