Αγαπητοί φίλοι,

Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά σας καλωσορίζουμε στο Φεστιβάλ της Διεθνούς Ακαδημίας Νέων Συνθετών Κύπρου, μιας διεθνούς πρωτοβουλίας που προάγει την εκπαίδευση, τη σύγχρονη μουσική δημιουργία και την υποστήριξη ανερχόμενων συνθετών και ταλαντούχων νέων μουσικών. . Η Ακαδημία πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο της Θερινής Ακαδημίας ILINM Campus, η οποία επιμελείται και συντονίζεται από το Διεθνές Ινστιτούτο Ηλεκτρονικής Μάθησης για τη Νέα Μουσική (International eLearning Institute for New Music – ILINM).

Η Ακαδημία ιδρύθηκε με στόχο να αποτελέσει έναν χώρο συνάντησης για ανερχόμενους δημιουργούς, διακεκριμένους συνθέτες, ερμηνευτές και πολιτιστικούς οργανισμούς από την Κύπρο, την Ευρώπη και ολόκληρο τον κόσμο. Μέσα από συναυλίες, εργαστήρια, διαλέξεις και δημιουργικές συνεργασίες, επιδιώκουμε να καλλιεργήσουμε τον διάλογο, να ενθαρρύνουμε την ανταλλαγή ιδεών και να εμπνεύσουμε τη δημιουργία νέων καλλιτεχνικών έργων.
Η πρώτη αυτή διοργάνωση συγκεντρώνει καλλιτέχνες από κάθε γωνιά του κόσμου, επιβεβαιώνοντας τη σημασία της διεθνούς συνεργασίας ως κινητήριας δύναμης για την καλλιτεχνική δημιουργία, την εκπαίδευση και την πολιτιστική ανάπτυξη.

Θα θέλαμε να εκφράσουμε τις ειλικρινείς μας ευχαριστίες προς όλους τους καλλιτέχνες, συνεργάτες, υποστηρικτές και χορηγούς που συνέβαλαν στην υλοποίηση αυτής της πρωτοβουλίας. Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες απευθύνουμε στο Υφυπουργείο Πολιτισμού της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας, στον Δήμο Λευκωσίας και στην Πρεσβεία της Ελβετίας στην Κύπρο για την πολύτιμη στήριξή τους.

Ευχόμαστε σε όλους μια δημιουργική και εμπνευσμένη εβδομάδα γεμάτη μουσική, καλλιτεχνική ανταλλαγή και νέες εμπειρίες.

Dear Friends,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Festival of the Cyprus International Academy for Young Composers, a premier international academy and festival initiative dedicated to supporting emerging composers and talented young musicians. The Academy is presented within the framework of the ILINM Campus Summer Academy, curated and coordinated by the International eLearning Institute for New Music (ILINM).

The Academy was established with the aim of creating a meeting place for emerging creators, distinguished composers, performers, and cultural institutions from Cyprus, Europe, and around the world. Through concerts, workshops, lectures, and creative collaborations, we seek to foster dialogue, encourage the exchange of ideas, and inspire the creation of new artistic works.

This inaugural edition brings together artists from across the globe, reaffirming the importance of international collaboration as a driving force for artistic creation, education, and cultural development.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the artists, collaborators, supporters, and sponsors who have contributed to making this initiative possible. We extend our special thanks to the Deputy Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Cyprus, the Municipality of Nicosia, and the Embassy of Switzerland in Cyprus for their invaluable support.
